Your Role

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll lead the way in delivering high-level HVAC services by:

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems in single-family residential homes.

• Educating homeowners on system performance and offering solutions that fit their comfort needs.

• Providing five-star customer experiences in every home you visit.

• Driving sales of system enhancements and replacements through expert recommendations.

• Upholding all safety and code compliance standards with integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential HVAC service and repair.

• A proactive, sales-focused mindset with strong communication skills.

• EPA certification and valid driver’s license (clean record required).

• Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
