• Diagnosing issues and clearly explaining solutions to homeowners
• Presenting options that allow customers to make informed decisions
• Performing high-quality repairs and installations
• Owning the job from start to finish

We focus on homeowner service and long-term solutions, not volume-based or maintenance-only work.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$35/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance-based / commission earnings

• 3+ years of proven residential service plumbing experience

• Confidence in communicating with homeowners and presenting solutions

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
